The treehouse is in the middle of a 57 acre farm looking out over the field towards the Little Pigeon River from the deck and the front faces the Great Smoky Mountains with views of Mt Leconte and the peaks which the Appalachian Trail traverses. There are two beach chairs underneath that you can take down to “The Island” at the river to dip your toes in the water and relax. There are two tubes underneath as well that you can take down to the river and walk up and float down. Chocos or water shoes recommended.
